Confetti is the effect that ends up in every photo. A good drop fills the air for long enough that guests look up, film it and remember it. Laser Saga supplies Magic FX Stadium Shot and Stadium Blaster cannons, Showven blowers and a range of metallic and biodegradable paper confetti and streamers.
Also called: confetti blaster, confetti gun, confetti machine, streamer cannon, confetti shooter, stadium blaster, confetti blower
Cannons use compressed air or CO2 to fire a charge of confetti or streamers in one burst. Shot-style units fire a single load high and wide; blasters can fire several times. Blowers feed confetti continuously for a slower, longer fall. Streamers fly further and hang in the air and on rigging, which reads well on camera; confetti fills the space and floats.

Finales, countdowns, winner announcements, goals and trophy lifts, product reveals and the last song of a set. Colour and material can match the brand: gold and silver metallic for celebrations, coloured or custom-shaped paper for brands, white for weddings.
Stages, arenas, ballrooms, stadiums and outdoor concerts. We check ceiling height, rigging points and wind, because a light breeze outdoors carries confetti far from where you want it. We also agree cleanup with the venue in advance; some venues require biodegradable paper only.
Metallic confetti sparkles under lights and photographs well, but is harder to clean and not suitable for every venue. Biodegradable paper breaks down in water and is often required outdoors and at eco-minded events. We can mix both.

Magic FX Stadium Shot III for single, high, wide shots; Magic FX Stadium Blaster for repeated bursts in arenas and stadiums; Showven Ufetti and Easyfetti blowers for a continuous, gentle fall. Loads include metallic gold and silver confetti and streamers and biodegradable paper versions.
Confetti is the one effect you can't undo, so we rehearse the cue call with your producer or DJ. On camera, the best shot is usually a beat after the music peaks, when the first pieces catch the light.
Cannons are fired from a controller by our crew, aimed away from faces and fragile set pieces, and secured to the floor or truss. We test the throw on site and time the shot to your cue. Venue approval may be needed.
Depending on the unit, from a few metres to well over ten. We choose units by room size and the area you want covered.
