Our

Core Values

Creating shows that inspire & engage.

Precision matters

We don't approximate. Every system we deliver, every installation we complete, every client interaction—it's done right or it's not done.

Technical depth over sales polish

We hire people who understand the equipment, not just how to talk about it. Our team needs to solve real problems, not recite brochures.

Long-term partnerships

We're not chasing one-time sales. We're building relationships with clients who'll come back because the work speaks for itself.

How We Hire

We hire based on what you can actually do, not what sounds good in an interview. Here's how the process works:

  • 1

Send your CV + brief cover note – tell us what you actually know how to do

  • 2

Initial call (20 min) – we discuss the role, you ask questions, we see if there's a fit

  • 3

Technical assessment – relevant to the position (no generic personality tests)

  • 4

Meet the team – you'll work with these people, so you should meet them

  • 5

Practical task – paid project that simulates real work

  • 6

Final discussion – review the task, talk compensation, decide together

  • 7

Offer – if both sides are clear, we move quickly

We’re always on the lookout for curious minds who live and breathe the industry. If that sounds like you, drop us a line — and stick around by following us on social for what we’re building next.
