Dry hire

How dry hire works.

You run the show, we make sure the kit behaves. Rider-spec lasers, SFX, smoke, video and control gear from the same stock we take on our own shows, tested before it leaves our warehouse and backed by a crew that picks up the phone.

Six steps from list to load-out

  1. Send us your list

Add items to your quote list while you browse, or just send the rider. Tell us the dates, the venue and what power you have on site.

  2. We check and quote

We confirm availability, suggest swaps if something is booked, and send a clear quote, usually within one business day.

  3. Book your dates

Approve the quote and sign the rental agreement. A deposit locks the kit to your dates.

  4. Tested before it leaves

Every unit is powered up, tested and cleaned in our warehouse, then packed in flight cases with its cables, mounts and manuals. Consumables can go in the same truck.

  5. Collect or we deliver

Pick up from our warehouse or we drop it at the venue. Either way you get a quick handover, so your team knows each unit before load-in.

  6. Show, then return

We are on the phone during your hire if anything needs a hand. When the kit comes back we check it in, test it again and close the job.

Good to know

Do I need a licence for lasers or flame effects?

Often, yes. High-power lasers, flames and pyro usually need the venue's approval and sometimes the local authority's. Tell us where the show is and we will tell you what is normally asked for.

Can you send someone to operate the kit?

Yes. Many clients hire the gear and add one of our technicians for the show day. If you need more than that, a full project is usually the better fit.

What about consumables?

We stock CO2, spark granules, flame fluid, haze and smoke fluid, confetti and streamers. Use the consumables calculator to work out how much you need.

What happens if something fails on site?

Call us. We will talk your team through it, and if a unit has to be swapped we will do our best to get a replacement to you fast.

Ready when you are
