Shortlisted as Supplier of the Year in Saudi by Event Awards.
We have never chased trophies. We chase the moment the crowd goes quiet before it goes loud. But on 10 September, in a ballroom at the JW Marriott in Riyadh, someone will read out seven names for Best Supplier of the Year at the Saudi Event Awards. Ours is one of them.
What we actually do
Our clients take the stage. We stay in the dark.
That is the job. Laser Saga designs, builds and runs laser, SFX, fountain and video-projection systems — four disciplines under one roof, engineered as one system. No handoffs between three vendors. No finger-pointing when the timecode drifts. One team, one control position, one number to call.
We have been doing it since 2015. Through COVID. Through supply chains that fell apart and rebuilt themselves. Through desert sites, water sites and load-ins that started at 2am. We did not miss a beat.
Why "supplier" is the word we want
Some companies would rather be called a creative agency. But we are their supplier.
Supplier means someone calls at 11pm with a problem and we solve it before the client wakes up. It means the rig goes up on schedule, the show runs clean, and the site is empty by morning with nothing broken. It means a project manager can put our name on a schedule and stop worrying about that line.
Create. Control. Captivate. That is the order, and the middle one is where most shows are won or lost.
Riyadh, and what it means
The Saudi Event Awards run alongside the Saudi Event Show, 9–10 September 2026 at The Arena, Riyadh, with the ceremony and gala dinner on the evening of 10 September at the JW Marriott. They grew out of the Middle East Event Awards, which have set the bar for the region from Dubai since 2009.
The Kingdom is building at a scale the industry has not seen before. Being on this shortlist means the people building it know who we are. That matters more to us than the trophy.
