A VVIP dinner for Saudi Aramco in Dammam, delivered for our client Entourage, where the screen told the story and our lasers drew around it, in perfect sync.
The brief
A ballroom full of VVIP guests and a video animation on a wide screen at the front of the room. The lasers had to feel like part of the film, not a separate show running next to it.
What we built
We traced the screen in laser, outlining its edges and grid, and programmed every line to the video animation. When the picture moved, the outline moved with it. For the big moments the beams opened up over the tables and filled the hall, then pulled back to frame the screen again.
Our programmers ran the show live from backstage, with the laser cues locked to the video.
The result
When "Legacy Shaping the Future" came up on screen, the lasers framed it to the frame. A precise, elegant show that fitted the room and the guests, and made one screen feel like the whole hall.
