A floor-to-wall immersive sales showroom on Phuket Island

Layan Verde is building a new development on Phuket. We built the room that sells it. Laser Saga together with Interfantasy designed and delivered a fully immersive sales room where buyers step inside the property before a single wall goes up — walking the forest, exploring the apartments, and taking a live virtual tour. Every surface is live. Every surface responds.

The brief — Sell a space that doesn't exist yet.

Layan Verde needed to put buyers inside an unbuilt development and make them feel it: the landscape, the light, the scale. Flat renders on a screen wouldn't move anyone. The room had to do the selling — and it had to run flawlessly, show after show, in a working sales office.

01 — Create

We designed an immersive environment built around the development itself — the forest, the apartments, the finished property. Content wraps the visitor across floor and walls, turning a compact room into open space.

02 — Control

Six Epson EB-PU2216B laser projectors — four on the walls, two on the floor — blended into one seamless surface. 16,000 lumens each; around 96,000 lumens total across the room. Multiple media servers drive the visuals in real time and respond to the space. LiDAR scanners track presence and gesture, so visitors control the experience by moving through it. Genelec immersive audio — seven installation speakers and a subwoofer — carries the sound. A 25 kVA UPS keeps every show running without a drop, and custom rigging structure holds the system in a room.

03 — Captivate

Visitors don't watch the development. They walk into it. Step through the forest. Move between the apartments. Trigger a live virtual tour on demand. The floor and walls react to every step. Every moment is built to be shared — and it is.
